Price
The price for the whole weekend is $70, or $60 if you are a college or high school student. It includes:
- 2 days of instruction, in and out of water
- Instruction manual
- Rental board, suit, booties, and gloves
- Camp T-shirt
- National Surfrider Foundation membership

To sign up, fill out the information form (available as an MS Word document or Adobe Acrobat form) and mail it with your check made out to "WA Chapter Surfrider Foundation" by June 10, 2001 to:
